Responsibilities

• Greet g uests as they a rrive with a w elcoming and p ositive a ttitude
• Manage s eating s oftware by e ntering a ccurate g uest i nformation and u pdating t able s tatus
• Communicate e ffectively with f ront of h ouse t eam m embers and m anagers
• Estimate a ccurate w ait t imes for g uests based on c urrent t able t imes, p arty s ize, w ait l ist, and other f actors
• Use g ood j udgment to make a ppropriate a ccommodations for g uests based on n eed
• Bus, c lean, and s anitize t ables/ c hairs/ s eats as needed to e nsure e fficient s eating
• Handle p hone c alls and any i nquiries on r eservations, as n eeded
• Direct and f acilitate c arryout p ickup for g uests, as n eeded
• Assist s erving s taff when n ecessary, with p re- b ussing t ables
• Work to b uild r elationships with n ew and r egular c ustomers
• Maintain c leanliness and p resentation of the d ining r oom, r estrooms, and other p ublic a reas
• Execute d aily c leaning d etails, as o utlined by the m anagement t eam
