About The Position
As a Host at MGM Resorts, you are the frontline representative, providing the first impression for guests entering the dining experience. Your primary mission is to offer impeccable courtesy and a swift welcome, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age

- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
- Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special requests.
- Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details.
- Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium.
