About The Position
Provide excellent guest service to buffet dining patrons to include greeting, seating, processing payment transactions, and providing assistance to servers in venue. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to: Greet, seat guests, answer telephones, provide information when requested. Assist with delivery of tableware, menus, beverages, as needed. Process To-Go orders accurately and timely. Process payment transactions accurately. Perform server, cashier, busser duties, as needed. Perform other tasks, as directed.
Requirements
- Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
- Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
- Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
- Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
- Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
- Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 3 months’ experience as a food server, preferred.
- Be able to communicate effectively (fluency in English is required), multi-task, organize, and deliver exceptional service to Guests.
