Responsibilities: Open the door for guests. Keep lines from forming at the door. Answer incoming reservation calls. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, lobby, and dining room. Complete reservations in the computerized reservation system. Keep abreast of all food & beverage venues and menus. Complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing sidework Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner. Answer the telephone and facilitate guest requests. Notify Manager of all guest complaints Using the table management system, manage incoming reservations and venue floor. Conduct restroom checks every Knows our menu as well as servers. Assist with daily administrative work as per direction of the manager. Performs any and all other duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests as well as all levels of employees in both verbal and written form in a professional manner. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to provide direction in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively and work well in a team environment. Must possess excellent customer relations, sales, & communication skills. Must possess at all times during employment a valid Washington State Department of Health card and any other government required cards. A desire to learn, grow, and a passion for progress in this career.
