About The Position

Smokey’s is a small, intimate Wisconsin Northwoods supper club that offers exquisite cuisine in a casually elegant setting. EAU Holdings' mission is to enhance the community of Manitowish Waters by developing and operating businesses with an emphasis on quality and customer service, striving to make a great place even better for both tourists and residents. EAU Holdings officially started in 2006 with the purchase of the property that is now Smokey’s Restaurant and expanded in 2014 by opening multiple businesses. This position is for a part-time, seasonal Host to join the team at Smokey's in Manitowish Waters, WI.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills and able to interact in a positive and professional way.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Smokey’s seating chart.
• Plan and organize reservations and waitlists.
• Greet and seat guests, taking drink orders and providing menus.
• Keep Hostess station neat and organized.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Help setup and clean the restaurant during opening and closing shifts.
