About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's states its purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, was founded by Norman Brinker, who pioneered 'casual dining'. Maggiano’s Little Italy, which opened in Chicago, is described as a 'slice of Italian American tradition'. The company emphasizes community involvement and support, helping make dreams come true through special events and memories. They support the Make-A-Wish Foundation for children with life-threatening medical conditions, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to assist employees in need.
