About The Position
Maggiano's is seeking Hosts who are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary, and bidding farewell to all Guests. Hosts are considered the first and last impression of Maggiano’s. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, pioneered the concept of "casual dining" and offers a slice of Italian American tradition. The company is committed to helping others by hosting special events and supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Front of the House team, including Hosts, aims to make Guests feel special in a fast-paced, energetic restaurant environment.
