About The Position

As a Players Club Host at Bally's, you will support the Company’s Marketing department, including but not limited to, Direct Mail, Promotions, Events and Call Center. This position's wage is $15.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Player Services transactions as well as all Illinois Gaming Board regulations
  • Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be knowledgeable with casino computer systems
  • High-level public relations and customer service skills are required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required
  • Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays
  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop
  • Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
  • Pass a company background investigation
  • Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
  • Responsible for assisting in greeting all guests
  • Responsible for promoting exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for promoting membership into the Players Club, as well as implementation of all promotions as they relate to the Players Club
  • Responsible for educating guests on the Players Club member benefits.
  • Responsible for maintaining daily procedures regarding Players Club members which includes, discerning appropriate identification, filing and record keeping
  • Issues complimentary amenities consistent with customer’s activity
  • Responsible for direct mail inquiries to include updating customer account information and related duties
  • Assists in the responsibility of tracking and reporting of coupons and incentives
  • Ability to resolve player complaints and problems with tact and creativity
  • Assists with the overall daily operations of the Players Club department
  • Ensure all departmental and company policies, procedures and Internal Controls are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
