About The Position

As a Host Person your role will include: The Host Person is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure. The Host person is responsible for greeting and seating guests. Will also assist guests with reservations via phone and in-person. Assists Managers with table management to maximize seating.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner.
• 1-year of work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant or lounge is preferred.
• Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system).
• Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
• Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Candidates under the age of 21 years of age will be prohibited from serving alcohol.

Nice To Haves
