The Host/Hostess is responsible for planning the seating chart and organizing reservations, ensuring all reservations for the shift are accounted for and being aware of any large parties arriving. A key part of the role is to ensure that guests' visits exceed their expectations while strictly complying with safety and health regulations of the state of Florida. The position requires a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service Bar and/or Food & Beverage/Outlet environment is preferred.
