About The Position
This position is responsible for inspecting the quality of work performed by hotel housekeeping team, ensuring that all rooms are prepared in a timely manner and are maintained according to SunStream’s standards. Effectively provides instruction and guidance to Room Attendant staff. Computer skills for opening procedures, closing procedures, updating room status, email, lost and found, etc. Duties may also include assisting with room assignments, laundry duties, room and common area cleaning, as needed. Candidates must have attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, weekends and some holidays.
- Prior hotel housekeeping experience at an inspector or supervisory level and computer skills are required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
