About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Host to join our exceptional team of service leaders. This role is always attentive to the overall first impression that a guest receives, greeting all guests with warmth and hospitality.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of reservations or host experience in fine dining restaurants, or establishments of similar caliber.
You must be organized, motivating, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and of course personable.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of reservation management systems is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a warm, friendly and sincere manner. Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell upon departure.
Answers phone calls and guest inquiries.
Has full knowledge of the floor plan and seating charts
Manage the day to day reservations, walk-in and cancellations/ no-show in the reservation system
Seat guests in accordance to their preferences and under the direction of the Manager on duty.
Responsible for the overall presentation, cleanliness and organization of the assigned guest service areas, such as the coat check, bathrooms, and other guest spaces.
Guides guest to assigned table and ensure their satisfaction.
