Host/hostess: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

General Knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages.
Answering phones with polite and proper phone manners.
Welcoming guests with a warm smile.
Opening doors for guests when arriving or departing.
Understand and manage "Open Table" app used to view seating charts, reservations, guest requests/notes, and to assign tables to servers.
Preparing the host stand and the tables.
Properly closing down the host stand and related areas.
