Host/Hostess - DoubleTree Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront
About The Position
The DoubleTree Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront Hotel is looking for the perfect addition to BLUFIN, our waterfront restaurant. OpenTable software experience desired. Starting wage is $15 and commensurate with experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquires and concerns are addressed promptly Seats guests at tables or in waiting areas Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency Assists in maintaining cleanliness and appropriate inventories throughout the department Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
