At MetroDiner you can grow your career with us. This restaurant front of house job for Hosts or Hostesses will focus on guest seating or greeting or reception / reservations duties in which you will be expected to provide great customer service. Advertised pay is an expected take home, based on current averages, and not a guarantee. You will be paid a tip credit wage plus tips.

Requirements

  • Prior Host / Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities; friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and front-of-house operations
  • Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
  • Ability to multitask, manage reservations, and handle high-volume periods
