We’re seeking a friendly, upbeat professional to create an unforgettable first impression for our guests while stepping into a leadership role when a manager is not present. This is a full-time position with shifts starting at 6:15 AM – 11:30 AM or until 3:00 PM when covering lunch.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and make decisions in the absence of management.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Manage guest flow by efficiently seating guests and providing accurate wait times.
Handle reservations and maximize seating capacity for smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front-of-house areas.
Build rapport with regular guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Act as F&B Supervisor when a manager is not present, ensuring service standards are upheld and team members are supported.
