About The Position
The Rose Gaming Resort is a $480 million gaming and entertainment complex destination, located alongside I-95 in Dumfries, Virginia. Along with exciting gaming action, The Rose Gaming Resort provides a luxury hotel, eight bars and restaurants, a space for meetings and events, 50,000+ square foot gaming space and over 1,650 Historical Horse Racing machines, and over 80 acres of green space. The Rose Gaming Resort generates an estimated $35.5 million in annual tax revenues and employs more than 500 team members. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Market and recruit new guests and other customers to property. Monitor visitation and play of VIP guests and walk the gaming floor regularly to provide customer service and assistance. Respond to guest's requests, questions or concerns in an immediate and attentive fashion using detailed precision. Prepare for guests visits and follow-up throughout and after departure, maintaining contact to ensure return visits. Tele-market various player lists for contacting, attracting and information gathering purposes. Attend special events and promotions to build guest rapport and create recognition amongst guests. Determine player eligibility of complimentary services by analyzing player accounts while maintaining management reinvestment guidelines. Maintain current, accurate player account information in Oasis to insure database integrity and privacy. Performs other related duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Ability to communicate and comprehend information and ideas in spoken and written English so others will understand. Ability to accept, prioritize and follow through on work direction.

- Virginia Racing Commission License
- Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience.
