About The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Host/Food Runner to join our team! In this hybrid role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring smooth food service and an outstanding dining experience.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with strong multitasking ability
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waitlist
- Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and handle take-out orders
- Deliver food promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
- Maintain a clean and orderly dining area at all times
