About The Position

Our hospitality team members learn our strategy and vision for serving guests in drive-thru, our dining room, and our front counter. You will have the chance to learn many different roles, giving you variety in your day. Many of the skills you learn will improve your resume and your future. We love encouraging others, serving others, and innovating. We know that being quick, accurate, friendly, and clean are all ways to show customers that we care about them. On top of this, you will likely become great friends with those you work with. We are excited to talk with you about the possibilities. Full-time team members generally work five days per week. Some team members prefer a specific day part as their normal shift, while others have a schedule that requires them to work days, afternoons, and night shifts to get all of their hours. We are flexible with each individual's scheduling needs. Some of our most common shifts are 6AM-2PM, 8AM-4PM, 11AM-8PM, and 2PM-10PM. Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment. Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.
