Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, casino, or food & beverage preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Must meet all applicable licensing requirements for assigned role, including:
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma ABLE License (for alcohol service roles)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Permit (for food service roles)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a high-end casino/resort environment
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Support daily operations across hotel, events, gaming, and food & beverage
• Work as part of a team-driven, fast-paced hospitality environment
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
