About The Position
Okie Staffing is hiring Banquet Servers to support top hospitality clients across Tulsa. If you enjoy working events, providing great guest service, and being part of a fast-paced team—this is a great opportunity. What You’ll Do Provide friendly, attentive service to guests during events Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions Set tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and proper temperature Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow direction from Banquet Captain and attend pre-event briefings Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and OSHA guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth eve
Requirements
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
- ABLE license and alcohol server training required (or willingness to obtain)
- Black pressed dress slacks
- Black dress shirt (collared)
- Black belt & black tie
- Black socks
- Black rubber-soled (non-slip) shoes
