As a Hospitality Services Manager, you will be the driving force behind delivering hospitality excellence across all components of the client contract-including café, catering, and Starbucks operations-serving 2,000-2,800 guests daily. You will partner closely with the Corporate Director of Hospitality and Regional Hospitality Champion to lead initiatives that elevate the guest experience, support brand integrity, and strengthen associate engagement. This is a high-visibility, front-facing leadership role that combines creativity, collaboration, and operational excellence to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the highest standards of service and innovation.

  • Curate and oversee the overall look and feel of the café, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand standards.
  • Lead the execution of seasonal promotions, marketing initiatives, and café innovation strategies to drive excitement and engagement.
  • Actively engage with guests, modeling exemplary hospitality behaviors and fostering a culture of genuine connection.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations leaders to design and facilitate hospitality training for frontline associates and managers.
  • Develop and execute guest satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and service audits to measure the customer experience and define improvement plans.
  • Leverage data and feedback to analyze KPIs, support continuous improvement, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Lead or support Lenz (digital signage) content management for internal marketing and communication.
  • Build trusted relationships across functions-operations, culinary, HR, and marketing-and with client stakeholders.
  • 3+ years leading strategic initiatives in hospitality, marketing, or guest experience roles; or 5+ years in operations or customer-facing management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or hospitality-related field.
  • Experience developing and executing training programs or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a data-informed approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
