Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant required for most positions
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage guests and teammates
• Commitment to excellence, consistency, and hospitality at the highest level
• Passion for food, beverage, and guest experience — and curiosity to keep learning
• Dependability and professionalism, especially in an opening environment
• A genuine desire to create memorable moments and work as part of a collaborative team.
