About The Position

The Hospitality Manager at Culinary Khancepts & Star Cinema Grill is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. This role involves overseeing various operational tasks, training staff, managing inventory, and supporting General Managers to maintain high standards of hospitality and food quality.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer service focused and solution-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and work in confined spaces
• Must enjoy and succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensures prompt and friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Leads preshift on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Builds a culture with a common goal of providing every guest with an unforgettable dining experience.
• Conducts table touches with all guests dining to ensure guest contact as a priority.
• Enforces TABC regulations and ensures all products meet company standards.
• Assists in scheduling and meeting staffing requirements.
• Helps management create incentive programs and training improvements.
• Manages restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Communicates with other managers daily through management log.
• Completes assigned duties and responsibilities as needed.
• Manages hourly team member performance and creates server sections based on performance.
• Develops team members through informal reviews and daily one-on-ones.
• Provides candid and fair feedback to team members for development.
• Demonstrates proper execution of training systems as outlined by the company.
• Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Maintains controllable factors and protects company assets.
• Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Completes daily KPI reports to Senior Leadership Team.
• Follows cash handling procedures and participates in inventory management.
