About The Position
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive Thru/ Front of House operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, establishing systems. Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business Management or related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in restaurant management.
Responsibilities
- Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department

- Competitive Base Pay - Paid hourly based on 45 hour work week (40 @ regular pay + 5 @ overtime rate). Pay range is $17-$19 per hour.
