About The Position

As a Hospitality Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest, member, and VIP experiences. You’ll bring Treasury Americas’ luxury wine lifestyle to life through hands‑on leadership, elevated service, and seamless day‑to‑day operations. In this role, you’ll champion best‑in‑class hospitality, drive sales and club conversion, develop staff capabilities, and ensure standards, safety, and operational excellence are consistently met. You’ll play a key role on the floor each day—modeling professionalism, strengthening team culture, and shaping memorable consumer experiences.

Requirements

  • You have 3–5 years of hospitality leadership, luxury service, winery, or member‑based experience, with a strong record of driving results.
  • You’re passionate about wine, food, and creating memorable guest experiences, and you’re confident leading tastings, tours, and elevated hospitality moments.
  • You bring strong leadership presence and emotional intelligence, inspiring and developing teams in a fast‑paced setting.
  • You stay positive, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to analyze trends and adjust plans to achieve business goals.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, whether presenting, influencing, or engaging with diverse guests and team members.
  • You’re organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing systems and workflows, including CRM, POS, and reservation tools.
  • You’re at least 21 years old and able to obtain (or already hold) a CA Food Handler Certificate and RBS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world‑class consumer, member, trade, and VIP experiences that reflect Treasury Americas’ luxury standards.
  • Lead event execution and partner with marketing and wine club teams to elevate storytelling and member engagement.
  • Drive strategies that support guest traffic, revenue goals, wine club conversions, and customer data capture.
  • Champion the Hospitality Sales Academy and help cultivate a culture focused on GAMES training principles.
  • Develop and deliver standardized training programs to ensure consistently elevated service.
  • Manage P&L insights, monitor sales trends, control costs, and adjust tactics to meet targets.
  • Build, improve, and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and workflow processes.
  • Model professional standards and support a strong safety and wellness culture.
