Role Overview As our Hospitality Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier service and creating a world-class gaming experience. You'll oversee daily front-of-house management shifts, ensuring our guests enjoy every moment they spend with us. Your mission? To build a stellar service foundation, foster talent, and keep the adrenaline pumping both on and off the track. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and a knack for maximizing financial performance are key.
