The Role and What You’ll Do: Qualifies client requests and program briefs. Develops profit, sourcing, and negotiation strategy. Utilizes technology tools for sourcing, tracking sourcing, and contracted volume. Qualifies vendor responses, proposals, contract process, and Addendums. Acts as point of contact for vendor destination management (DMC) meeting requests. Day to Day client management of program planning and deliverables, alongside the Client Services team. Works closely with Client Services, Creative, Hospitality, and Production dept’s on vendor negotiations, vendor performance, and unique programming ideas as they pertain to Hospitality programs. Maintains initiative-taking, a positive attitude, and an open line of communication with client and account teams to ensure understanding of deliverable timelines and roles and responsibilities. Responsible for accurate program forecasting and updating business management system with current financials up until the file is turned over to operations. Assist the Client Services team in planning site inspection materials. As needed, arrange brainstorm and creative sessions for destination and programming ideation. Maintain final electronic files through the process as required by company standard operating procedures. Prepare and conduct turnover meetings to the assigned Client Services Team. Develop and maintain excellent and professional working relationships with industry vendors and clients. Look to develop workflow that will help strengthen the cohesiveness between other departments. High-level of accuracy and diligence. Assist with RFPs, RFIs, presentation deliverables, and special projects as assigned.
