Position Summary: The Hospitality Lead is the face of the shift, responsible for leading Front-of-House (FOH) operations and setting the gold standard for hospitality at Truce. This is a hands-on, high-energy leadership role. You aren't just managing from the sidelines; you are in the thick of the rush, driving the pace, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service, drinks, and consistency. As a Lead, you are responsible for real-time coaching, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and protecting the Truce brand promise: chef-driven, made-from-scratch food served with speed and warmth.
