Job Summary Will lead and motivate a field-based team of Pantry Attendants and Pantry Captains, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective scheduling, and high service standards at client locations. CDC serves over 15,000 customers in the New York and New Jersey area. While Coffee is still our first name we stock over 4500 different products from apples to Ziploc bags. As our customers' needs continue to evolve, so do we. Our beverage equipment has evolved to coffee machines that grind and brew to water coolers that can provide carbonated water with your choice of flavoring and strength. We also provide attendants to maintain pantry based on client needs: whether 2 hours per week or 10 full time staff at multiple locations. Now as part of Compass Group-USA, we can arrange for seamless service across the country for any of your foodservice needs, whether catering, vending, special events, café management or unattended markets.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Inventory Skills.
  • Professional Image & Demeanor.
  • SERV Safe Food Handlers Certification
  • Flexible schedule hours and job duties.
  • Work well under pressure from client's demands.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises associates daily activities and performance for compliance.
  • Understands and practices food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensures that a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment is maintained.
  • Complies with company and departmental policies and standard operating procedures,
  • Manages the schedule and ensures coverage when associates are out.
  • Able to recruit, hires and trains new associates.
  • Monitors Progress, Coaches and motivates associates to excellence in customer experience.
  • Oversees payroll through the UAttend platform.
  • Ensures accurate time keeping.
  • Gathers billing labor hours weekly and submits to administrator.
  • Manages tracking Geo tab on vehicles and reports any issues.
  • Ensures vehicle cleanliness and compliant with preventive maintenance.
  • Conducts associate performance evaluations
  • Other tasks as needed
