Responsibilities
- Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of FOH (front counter, dining room, mobile application (non drive-thru) orders and third-party delivery services to ensure a remarkable guest experience
- Coach, mentor and grow Front of House team members and conduct 1 on 1 meetings with junior leaders to develop them into new roles
- Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
- Utilize our internal Leadership Development Program to track your professional growth into new roles in our organization while finding and training your replacement.
