About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful daily operation of the dining room and delivery systems.
• Ensure leadership tasks are completed promptly and meet Chick-fil-A quality standards.
• Address any HR-related issues immediately.
• Work with leaders to enhance their skills in handling team member issues and ensuring systems function correctly.
• Oversee training plans and ensure effective training is conducted.
• Manage labor productivity and maximize profits through effective labor management and sales growth.
• Maintain Personal Development Plans for each leader and assist in their leadership development.
• Schedule planning time for store improvement and personal development in business and leadership.
• Assist managers in sourcing high-level talent.
• Maintain and exemplify core values of kindness, genuineness, hard work, and enthusiasm.
