What our Hospitality Desk Supervisors are all about: Our Hospitality Supervisors are responsible for hiring, train, supervise and coordinate activities of hospitality desk staff to ensure efficient operation and delivery of exceptional member service. Requirements

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You have college course work in management or hospitality field.
  • You have a minimum 1 year previous supervisory experience preferably in the fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry.
  • You have ability to demonstrate excellence in customer service.
  • You have a CPR certification.
  • You have computer skills with Microsoft Office, Windows, email and point of sale software.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are assertive, have common sense, good judgment and a quick thinker.
  • You have the ability to work in a busy and multi-faceted organization.

Responsibilities

  • Entering and tracking data.
  • Deliver high quality customer service.
  • Respond to and resolve difficult customer situations.
  • Organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Work flexible hours including opening, day and evenings.
  • Being enthusiastic, pleasant and display a positive attitude.
  • Effectively performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Motivate others towards same performance objectives.
  • Ability to perform MOD (Manager On Duty) duties.
