About The Position

The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for delivering a welcoming and polished first impression for all guests, clients, and associates. This role involves executing day-to-day front-of-house operations with consistency, supporting meeting and event setups to ensure spaces are prepared and detail-perfect, and bringing thoughtful touches to elevate the everyday experience. The coordinator is expected to anticipate needs, respond quickly to requests with a solutions-oriented mindset, and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front-facing spaces. Key duties also include coordinating catering deliveries for seamless service and partnering closely with the Hospitality Lead and Executive Assistants on events and meetings. Professionalism, warmth, confidence, and attention to detail are crucial for all guest interactions from arrival to departure.
