The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for promoting and creating a culture of hospitality within the community. This role manages the community's first impressions and signature services, leads staff development and training to enhance the hospitality culture, assists in welcoming new residents and staff, and supports resident programming, events, and special requests. The mission is to purposely brighten and enrich the lives of those served with HEART: Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork.
