About The Position

As a Hospitality Coordinator at JSX, you will help keep hospitality programs organized, communicated, and executed consistently across our growing network. You’ll provide administrative and project coordination support to the VP of Hospitality and broader team while helping track customer experience insights, support VIP movements, and contribute to initiatives that shape our elevated service standards. This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires on‑site work 4 days per week. Candidates must be local to the DFW area to be considered, as relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

  • In accordance with federal regulations, this role is open only to U.S. citizens. All candidates must successfully complete the required federal background checks and eligibility screenings. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for employment.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience supporting teams or projects in a customer service or hospitality-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning internal systems.

  • Travel, aviation, or hospitality industry experience.
  • Experience supporting high-touch customer service environments or service programs.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining trackers, and organizing departmental documentation.
  • Supporting hospitality projects, initiatives, and cross-functional requests as needed.
  • Compiling and tracking customer satisfaction metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and helping identify experience trends.
  • Preparing summaries of customer feedback to support service improvements.
  • Coordinating VIP customer movements and communicating service expectations across stations.
  • Maintaining internal documentation related to VIP activity and hospitality initiatives.
  • Assisting with preparation and distribution of hospitality communications, briefs, and updates.
  • Providing coordination support for cross-department hospitality programs and initiatives.
