The Hospitality Companion is responsible for administering non-medical services to residents, performing routine tasks in the care of residents, and helping residents adapt to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Models MRC ICARE Values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
- Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families, and coworkers.
- Ability to demonstrate sincere compassion.
Nice To Haves
- Nursing-related experience preferred.
