Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of hospitality sales experience
  • 5+ years of commercial development or interior design sales experience
  • Proven success selling complex project-based services
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Professional presence and polished communication style
  • Experience in hospitality and/or commercial interior design industries
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • Strategic thinking, discovery skills, and negotiation expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed personal and group sales goals.
  • Use our CRM to track leads, opportunities, close probability, and wins.
  • Respond to client requests within 24 hours.
  • Understand client objectives and shape solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to craft compelling proposals.
  • Provide the detail and clarity needed to complete RFQs effectively.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure exceptional client experiences and continued engagement.
  • Keep clients informed with timely updates on progress and project milestones.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and key industry gatherings.
  • Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships to drive growth across professional networks.
  • Leverage market intelligence to identify strategic opportunities and work with the Director of Business Development to implement strategy.
