The Hospitality Assistant is responsible for greeting and directing patients and visitors as they enter the hospital’s Main Lobby. This position coordinates with Patient Access to facilitate the registration process in a timely manner, and assists with the patient access process when necessary. This position works on the front line with constant patient and visitor interaction. Work situations are varied and require an individual with the ability to respond to patients and families with compassion, respect, and understanding. This position requires strong customer service skills, diplomacy, and independent thinking.
