About The Position

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and well-being of clients, visitors, and staff. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, promoting diversity, inclusion, and respect within the facility. The specialist will be the first point of contact for many, offering assistance and information, while also being responsible for assessing and addressing safety concerns, responding to emergencies, and enforcing safety measures. This includes conducting threat assessments, implementing crisis prevention and management techniques, and organizing safety training programs. The position also involves building positive relationships through open communication, empathy, and understanding, handling client issues professionally, and serving as a role model for positive behaviors. The company, Brightli, is on a mission to improve client care, reduce financial burdens for community mental health centers, increase advocacy for mental health and substance use care, and evolve the behavioral health industry.
