Hospitality Account Manager, Flooring SBU (Northern California) The Hospitality Account Manager owns and drives growth of hospitality flooring sales across Northern California and surrounding markets. This role operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership of the territory through strategic account management, specification development, and targeted new business acquisition, while representing Milliken Flooring in the local hospitality market. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of the hospitality sales and specification process, along with established relationships within the local A&D community and key end user segments. While the territory is independently managed, the Account Manager must also demonstrate a strong team mentality, working closely with commercial and residential sales teammates across the state of Florida to maximize market coverage, share opportunities, and deliver consistent results. LOCATION Northern, California (preferred); candidates based in other locations will be considered based on their ability to effectively support Northern California and surrounding markets effectively.
