Hospitalist Department of Medicine APHMFP at BIDMC Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Plymouth The Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Hospital Medicine program provides adult inpatient services at the academic medical center at the community sites Milton, Needham and Plymouth. The partnership between the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical center, The Beth Israel Lahey Health System (BILH) and APHMFP allows physicians to jointly carry out its missions of teaching, research and extraordinary clinical care with a commitment to ensuring APHMFP has the best physicians, scientists, and advanced practitioners in support of these activities. APHMFP collaborates with community partners and together provides the clinical integration that will best serve patients to improve the quality of care. Pay Range: $182,000 - $550,000 The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
