About The Position

Healthcare United is seeking a Hospitalist Physician to join a well -established, physician -led multispecialty group in southeastern Massachusetts. This is a full -time, inpatient -focused opportunity offering a structured block schedule, strong specialty support, and an efficient, team -based care model. Hospitalists provide coverage across two affiliated community hospitals and are supported by a collaborative team of specialists, case managers, and administrative staff. The environment emphasizes quality care, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
• Comfortable working block schedule and rotating shifts
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Not open to visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Inpatient care including admissions, rounding, and discharges
• 7 on 7 off block schedule
• Day shift (7a–7p) or swing shift (1p–10p)
• No required overnight shifts
• No ICU management or invasive procedures required
• Strong specialty and operational support in place
