Requirements

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Strong communication and care coordination skills
• Comfortable working in a rural or community-focused setting

Nice To Haves

• Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient care for adult patients from admission through discharge
• Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with specialists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
