FTE: 0.01, Shift: Variable, Schedule: 12hr shifts: 7pm-7am and 7am-7pm Position Summary We’re seeking an RN House Supervisor to ask as in-house administrator for our hospital-based team. Overseeing hospital policy and problem resolutions, you will serve as a both leader and resource in facilitating efficient operations throughout the facility. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three (3) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS certification or must become certified within 6 months of employment
- Minimum five (5) years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Minimum three (3) years management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing bases
- You will engage your critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, including knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data
- You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
- Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds

- The pay scale is $65.21 - $91.93 USD.
- However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
