FTE: 0.01, Shift: Variable, Schedule: 12hr shifts: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am Position Summary We’re seeking an RN House Supervisor to ask as in-house administrator for our hospital-based team. Overseeing hospital policy and problem resolutions, you will serve as a both leader and resource in facilitating efficient operations throughout the facility. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three (3) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement
  • Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
  • Current CPR certification
  • ACLS certification or must become certified within 6 months of employment
  • Minimum five (5) years recent clinical experience in a tertiary acute care setting
  • Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing bases
  • You will engage your critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, including knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data
  • You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
  • Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and members of the health care team
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
