A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Requirements

• Board certified/eligible physician assistant.
• Two or more years of hospitalist experience as a PA is required.
• Must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities

• Cross coverage calls on an ADC of 20-40 and approximately 2-3 admissions/night.
• Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with tele-intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes.
