Hospital Manager

VetnCareCastro Valley, CA

About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who brings clarity, structure, and accountability into a busy hospital environment. You will set expectations, follow through, and ensure the hospital runs in a consistent, professional, and predictable way. This role requires a mature, grounded leader — someone who is comfortable making decisions, holding people accountable, and leading from the front. The Hospital Manager is critical to the success of Groveway Pet Hospital, creating stability in the day-to-day, clarity in expectations, accountability across the team, and a respectful, professional environment where people can perform at their best. VetnCare was founded in 2012 with a simple vision: to build a community of veterinary hospitals delivering next-level care, right in the neighborhoods we serve. Today, VetnCare operates 12 hospitals across Northern California, with plans for continued growth. They believe great veterinary care starts with strong leadership and high-performing teams, supporting each hospital with a Hospital Manager (operational leadership), a Clinical Director (clinical leadership), and centralised support across Operations, People, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
