About The Position

The Veterinary Hospital Manager plays a key role in hospital operations, supporting our veterinarians and medical teams while ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day workflows. This position oversees staff management, client experience, financial performance, and operational excellence across both practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in veterinary, medical, or multi-unit practice management strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to problem-solve and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of veterinary workflows, scheduling, and client service standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management, financial reports, or HR processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, positive leadership to support a healthy and collaborative hospital culture
• Manage daily operations across both hospital locations
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management
• Support veterinarians and medical teams by ensuring adequate resources, workflows, and communication
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional client service
• Monitor and manage hospital financials, inventory, and KPIs
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and brand standards
• Partner closely with regional leadership on strategic goals and hospital growth initiatives
