Riverton Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our well-established small-animal practice in the heart of Riverton, Utah. The role in collaboration with the Regional Manager is to maximize the productivity profitability and growth of the practice while supporting an environment that fosters leadership and development of the entire team.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to get things done in a timely and efficient manner
Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, presentation skills, and a grasp of and daily management of revenues, inventory and payroll
Experience in veterinary management and business operations OR have experience as a Lead RVT

Responsibilities

Operational oversight of our hospital including leadership team of technicians and receptionists
Managing financial and business development of the practice including managing a budget and key performance indicators
Overseeing client care ensure client loyalty by demonstrating exceptional client service
